Researcher On The Development Of Rural Vocational Education In Anhui Province Under The Background Of Rural Urbanization

During the process of urbanization,productivity has developed rapidly.Some secondary and tertiary industries in the cities have been transferred to rural areas.The industrial structure in rural areas has been diversified.The secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas has made a greater development.The labor force has shifted from agriculture to the secondary and tertiary industries a lot.Vocational education,as one of the important ways to improve the quality of the workforce,is an important part of education and an important foundation for national economic and social development.It undertakes the task of training labor skills for hundreds of millions of rural surplus labor force.Vocational education has distinctive characteristics.Vocational education schools can timely cultivate professional and technical labor force that meets market demand according to market demand.It plays a reasonable and necessary role in the process of labor redistribution and it is also a support for the development of rural urbanization.In the process of rural urbanization,Anhui rural vocational education has more reasonable advantages than other forms of education.This paper is based on Schultz's human capital theory.It not only focuses on the macroscopic aspect but also both on the medium view.It uses a large amount of data to carefully analyze the existing problems of rural urbanization in Anhui Province.This paper further studies the demand of rural vocational education the rural urbanization of Anhui Province.Through deeply studied the way that how rural vocational education in Anhui meets the need of rural urbanization,this paper further explored the problems existing in rural vocational education in Anhui.Then my own view has been put forward from the effort of government of Anhui,social and vocational school in rural area.This article is mainly divided into five parts.The first chapter summarizes the core concepts and the relevant theories and it also tries to show the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the status of urbanization in Anhui rural areas.Anhui rural urbanization has a brilliant achievements.Anhui public Infrastructures have gradually improved and public services have been continuously improved.The level of green energy conservation is continually rise.However,the level of economic urbanization in Anhui Province needs to be improved compared to the national average level and the six central provinces.Rural vocational education can promote rural urbanization in Anhui in three aspect which is upgrading the three dimensions of the industrial structure,accelerating the transfer of rural labor force and increasing the income of urban and rural residents demonstrate that the promotion of requires.The upgrading of industrial structure requires rural vocational education to provide talent support.With the improvement of agricultural modernization in Anhui,the rural surplus labor force has increase a lot.Rural vocational education has an unparalleled superiority in accelerating the transfer of rural labor force,and it is also the most realistic choice.Rural vocational education can increase the income of the educated,narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents,and help maintain the social harmony and stability.Chapter IV shows us that Anhui rural vocational education itself has many problems that make it less supportive of rural urbanization.This chapter analyzes the problems existing in rural vocational education in Anhui from four aspects: the concept of rural vocational education,the participation of social forces,the quality of teachers,and the direction of running a school.The social prejudice against rural vocational education is difficult to change.The enthusiasm of social forces to participate in rural vocational education is difficult to mobilize.The lack of high-quality teachers in rural vocational education and the direction of rural vocational education is grim.Chapter 5 mainly describes my own opinion about the issue of rural vocational education under the background of rural urbanization in Anhui.
