As the world economy is rising,competition is increasingly fierce.The advent of knowledge economy further promotes the development of economy and society.And the demand for talents and evaluation criteria are pluralized.Every country has started to pay attention to talent cultivation and development of education.In the 21 st century,core competence cultivation is particularly important.On one hand,it explains what kind of people a student should be educated,how to train people and which quality and critical capabilities should be possessed after a student received education.On the other hand,it indicates the direction and the way forward for future educational development and reform.China is constructing a well-off society in an all-round way.All aspects are constantly deeply reformed,so is education.We need to regard the morality education as the targets for the development of the education.And we also need to take the cultivation of students' core competence as the key points of the curriculum reform so as to further realize the people's all-round development and cultivate more new-type talents with patriotism,qualities,commercial minds and knowledge.Finally,try to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream.The idea of core competence cultivation is student-oriented,which focuses on developing students' basic skills and qualities of lifelong learning,adaptation to social development.It is the characteristics and advantages of political courses in Middle School that decide the teachers of politics must pay close attention to students' all-round development in daily instruction,and cultivate their sense of political identity,the rule of law,reason,public participation and belief education.Help students establish correct ideology,agree the view of the existing ideology,and actively practice the Socialist Core Values so as to make them with a sense of ownership.Classroom teaching is the way of cultivating the core qualities and the key to improve the level and quality of methods and approaches.So in a certain sense,core competence is not accomplished overnight,and you need to optimize the course structure constantly,deepen the reform of curriculum and teaching,put the concept into every day's teaching.Combined with the authors' teaching experiences,the paper further elaborates that belief education is a vital important element of educational connotation on core competence in ideological and political courses and points out the problems on core competence cultivation in middle schools' political courses.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons why these problems exist andproposes corresponding solutions.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is about some aspects of core competence cultivation,including problem posing,research background,research meaning,research methods and current research status on this issue both at home and abroad,and it further defines some core concepts and clarifies the qualities on the subjects and the relationship between ideological and political courses in middle school and all-round development of human beings;Second part is to analyze the five basic elements of education connotation on core competence in middle schools' political courses;Third part points out the existing problems on the cultivation of core quality politics and finds out the reasons from the aspects of education itself,parents educational ideas,school education and students' own condition;Forth Part expounds the four wind vanes on the new thoughts of classroom instruction reform under from the perspective of teaching core competence classroom teaching reform on the cultivation of core qualities from the perspective of teaching reform;The last part put forward the path selection on the cultivation of core qualities in middle school' political course from the following aspects,teachers' educational ideas,exploration to teaching models,schools' value orientation,teaching evaluation,cultivation of the "intelligent" teacher and family education.
