Physical education is an important foundation in the construction of students’ learning life,with the cultivation of students’ body and mind,improving the development of quality teaching,and having an absolute scientific discipline.From elementary school,junior high school,high school and college,sports is an important part to promote the development of our physical and mental health,countries also reiterated that students only have a healthy body and mind,to better service to the nation.To contribute to society,students are the future of our Chinese nation.Sports teaching method has been developing with the times and produce change,this study based on the theory of self-organization theory,according to its stands out in the field of education science,applied to aerobics teaching,the teaching experiments.Research using the self-organization theory in aerobics teaching methods of teaching effect on the students’ interest in physical education learning,in order to change college students’ negative ideas in physical education course at present stage,and can improve the students’ interest in physical education learning.Variables in this experiment provided for self-organization theory teaching with openness,cooperation and competition,the interest in learning degree of increase or decrease as the verification is the important basis of experimental results,the experimental teaching contents,space arrangement and in the process of teachers’ teaching level,control the same,is the process of the teaching experiment,after the completion of the inspection,the reliability and validity of preparatory experiments,a week before issuing the college students’ sports study interest level scale for two classes of students to carry on the four dimensions of the test data before analysis,in the process of experiments,using self-organizing theory of three elements to guide and a certain degree of interference of the experimental group,as the difference between a control group of conventional teaching method,experiment again after issuing the college students’ sports study interest level scale after four dimensions measurement data analysis.Study in class using this teaching method can effectively improve the students’ interest in physical education curriculum,change the present majority of college students’ negative attitude towards physical education teaching and alienation.Based on the above research,the result shows: the experimental group in the scale of the four dimensions in addition to the degree of attention and participation in sports activities and the control group,no significant difference in the "love the degree of physical education","degree of extracurricular sports study independently",and "disgust to study the degree of" are of great significant difference both in three dimensions,the interest of the experimental group ascension was significantly higher than control group,can through the data analysis in this paper,the research conclusion is: the students for the organization mode of teaching is full of curiosity,by using basic aerobics knowledge coupled with their creativity and the present popular beauty course of combining the teaching form,let the students autonomous learning,on the existing knowledge framework,and to make its play,improve the ability of autonomous learning and accept outside knowledge.The paper shows that the open,cooperative and competitive teaching of self-organization theory can effectively improve students’ interest in sports courses.
