Children's peer negotiation behavior is kindergarten through exchange information between peers in our daily life,to coordinate the relationship between the company and,trying to achieve a common purpose between partners to negotiate communicate,access to common achievement and behavior,including linguistic point of view of communication,item action for communication,and strive for space communication,etc.The middle-class children in the social development in the stage of transition,compared to junior-class of children,middle-class children's language skills,social cognitive ability,and intentional behavior are improving.The child will need to use a variety of consultation strategies to share toys with peers,coordination will,in order to get peer recognition and acceptance.This shows that the middle class peer consultation is particularly rich child,and complex and changeable.In the daily life of children,game activities are the best window for teachers to observe and understand the development level and inner world of children.Among them,the role of the game is one of the most common kindergarten game activities in the role of the game,through the creation of context,to guide young children into the role of children willing to negotiate with the desire to negotiate with friends through friendly consultations,will use simple Negotiation skills to join peer games.Thus,in the kindergarten,the role of the game for peer counseling behavior of young children has an important effect.Therefore,this research takes 4-5 years old student in kindergarten as the research object,to role play to observe situation,mainly using the method of observation,investigation of the present status of peer negotiation behavior in middle shift cheep role play,problems,problems and coping strategies are studied and discussed.This study found that the characters in the game behavior present situation and problems of young children's peer consultation: first,young children peer consultation object exist gender differences;Second,children's peer consultation lack comprehensive subject;Third,children peer negotiation strategy type single,lack of fusion;Fourth,children's peer consultation result difference.To solve these problems,the author puts forward the corresponding education suggestions: first,according to the gender difference material science on the game,"and" children should play the role of complementary;Second,teacher guide children to conduct a comprehensive consultation,rich negotiation topics.Third,improve the ability of young children's social interaction and the fusion strategy using ability;Fourth,cultivate children's empathy ability promote the development of accommodation and win-win negotiation results through training.
