Negotiation plays an important role in children’s social interaction and cultivation of good personality.It is of certain positive significance to conduct an in-depth and systematic study on the occurrence and development of children’s negotiation behavior,both from the perspective of enriching the theory of negotiation behavior and improving the education of children’s social development.Games are one of children’s favorite activities and an important way of learning.Construction games are mediated by materials,including not only the construction of objects,but also the construction of cognition and society,which provides the possibility to study children’s negotiation behavior.Firstly,literature review was used to collect and summarize relevant research materials on negotiation behavior.Secondly,the observation method was used to observe and record the negotiation behavior of 36 middle class children under the game of construction in the kindergarten.At the same time,after the end of the observation record,simple informal interview was conducted on the children who negotiated in the record,so as to improve the observation record.Finally,through the statistical analysis of the negotiation events in the observation records and combined with the case analysis method,the negotiation behavior of middle class children in the construction game was analyzed and studied.The results are as follows:1.From the distribution of negotiation,negotiation behaviors are mostly distributed in the game context of a given topic.2.From the perspective of the object of negotiation,same-sex negotiation is more frequent,and girls are more active in negotiation.3.From the perspective of the theme of negotiation,most of the negotiations revolve around the views.4.From the perspective of negotiation strategy,more positive strategies are used.5.From the result of negotiation,the successful result of negotiation is more thanthe failure of negotiation.6.In terms of the level of negotiation,the level of negotiation is generally not high.7.From the perspective of negotiation consciousness,it is generally not strong.Based on the research results of children’s negotiation behavior in game construction in middle class,this study puts forward the following six educational Suggestions :(1)teachers should pay attention to developing children’s negotiation ability;(2)teachers should provide appropriate construction materials to promote negotiation between different genders;(3)teachers should enrich game themes and improve children’s negotiation level;(4)teachers should intervene in construction activities to enhance children’s negotiation awareness;(5)home to work together to create a high-quality atmosphere of consultation.
