Teachers are engineers of human souls and they impart knowledge,skills and deal with students' confusion.Teachers bear the mission of cultivating talents and foster morals.The success of the education depends on the overall quality of teachers and their professional ability.When a school is infused with new teachers,the orientation training is becoming essential.Particularly,the training of teachers for secondary schools is an important part of the organization and management of schools.Whether they get training or not and the effect of the training will directly affect the schools' level of teaching and overall education quality.The effect of training depends largely on the willingness of dedication,incentive organism,sense of belonging and a sense of value,all of which can be influenced,to a large extent,by training management philosophy.Therefore,the thesis discusses the application of "people-oriented" management philosophy in the training of secondary school teachers.It takes the Sichuan Second Middle School as the subject of research by means of literature review,questionnaires,field interviews,the typical case analysis and other research methods.The thesis is based on the definition of"people-oriented" management philosophy,review of the concept of "people-oriented"theory and "self-realization" theory.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the application of"people-oriented”management philosophy in secondary school teacher's training.Secondly,based on the analysis and inspiration from the case of Lichuan Second Middle School,the thesis proposes the "teacher-oriented" management philosophy and therefore promote professional growth of teachers;establish new education value and the teachers value;optimize the age structure of the management personnel and improve the professional level of the management personnel;create a good training environment and establish corresponding training systems;carry out various forms of training mode;add measures of training content and operability in order to achieve a comprehensive application of "people-oriented" management philosophy in the training of secondary school teachers.
