The development of mobile Internet and the awakening of health awareness have spawned the development and growth of the Internet health care industry.The rapid development of sports APPs have promoted the development and popularization of public health movements.This paper selects college students as the research objects to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of sports APPs in order to provide reference for developing these kinds of APPs and improving the health of college students.From the perspective of planning behavior theory,combined with the uses and gratifications theory,this paper uses the literature,interviews,questionnaires and other methods to explore the affecting factors of college students' usage intention of sports APPs.It analyzes the relationship among attitude availability,attitude clarity,"Important Others",recognition of self-identity,perceived control,self efficacy,and behavior intention so as to establish theoretical models and to conduct empirical research.The results show that the content-demand motivation has the greatest influence on the usage intention of sports APPs.The impacts of other motivations on the usage intention,ranking from high to low,are: motivation for information needs,motivation for social needs and motivations for leisure and entertainment.Attitude availability,"Important Others",recognition of self-identity and self efficacy are all having positive impact on the usage intention of sports APPs.Through studying the relevant literature of APP or sports APP to find out its research objects and innovations,this paper discusses how to influence and to help sports APP to create professional groups.First,the background of "Internet plus" and the development of sports APPs are panoramically summarized.The objects of studying and research issues are determined.The initial hypothesis are proposed.Second,ten college students who are from different universities like Zhengzhou University,Henan Normal University,Henan University,Henan Police College inHenan province are interviewed.The contents of this interview mainly includes the reasons why they use sports APPs and the suggestions that they put forward to promote these APPs.Research hypothesis are preliminarily validated.And the content of questionnaires are supplied.Third,the questionnaires of College Students' usage intention of Sports APPs are carried out.The results are quantitatively studied.Through describing and analyzing relevant data,the built relationship among motivation,attitude,subjective norms,and controlling users of perceptual behaviors are further reorganized.Meanwhile,the most influential factors that affect the user's choice of sports APPs are found out.Forth,the results of the study on the usage intention of sports APPs are analyzed,and the conclusions are summarized.Fifth,according to the conclusions,the following three suggestions of building benign users are put forward: enhancing the interactive designs to improve users' stickiness;stressing “Important Others” and focusing on the strategy of WOM;deepening vertical field of sports and using O2 O to explore the value of the users.This paper provides some valuable reference for future markets' promotion and for the improvement of health quality of college students.
