The sports college entrance examination has its special important position in our country's whole education system,is one of China's selection of outstanding professional sports talents of the most direct and effective way.It is not only related to each of the students their own personal future,but also related to the quality of students of college sports professional students,but also directly my junior high school,to carry out the development and implementation of sports course in primary school and sports in our country.Along with the sports training professional and scientific,technological innovation theory,the traditional training methods show some drawbacks,so the introduction and innovation of new training methods applied to the present sports college entrance examination training,to study the better training effect is of great significance.Core strength training was first used in the field of rehabilitation,in recent years,the core strength as a new means of physical training,are widely used in different sports training and teaching,and achieved good training effect.The main function is the core strength: the core muscles in the core parts of the body,like the edifice the foundation,to stabilize the spine and pelvis;core strength training can well coordinate the core small muscles and limbs muscles better coordination,to improve the ability to control and balance,and can reduce the occurrence of unnecessary compensatory action,improve the energy output.This paper mainly uses the literature method,observation method,interview method experimental method and mathematical statistics method,effects of sports on college entrance examination scores four core strength training as the research object,taking Hebei city of Baoding province Xiongxian high school sports students as experimental subjects,experiment study for 6 months.Study of control group before and after the experiment the experimental group and the routine training will join the core strength training,through the research and analysis of the experimental results to investigate the influence of core strength training on sports college entrance examination scores four.In order to participate in the sports college entrance examination sports students in the physical education to obtain good athletic performance and provide a theoretical basis for the and practice support.At the same time,provide training methods and means rich,to better serve the sports college entrance examination training.Draw the following results through the experimental research data: after experimental training more than 6 months,the control group and the experimental group of special physical quality: 30 meter run,standing long jump,throwing the shot,after throwing shot put and 12 minutes to run,there has been great improvement after the experiment results,in addition to endurance 12 minutes to run outside,the other four performance before the experiment,after all showed significant difference(P<0.05),and experimental group performance increase to be significantly higher than the control group;The experimental group's core strength quality score: tablet support,elbows bent leg brace,one elbow brace,one elbow lateral leg raised leg abduction,supine Taitun arms and hold the ball prone single leg ball,by no significant difference before the experiment(P>0.05),to significant difference after the experiment(P<0.05);In the 100 metres on the control group and the experimental group respectively by experiment before 13.78 ± 0.13,13.79 ± 0.30,respectively,to test the 13.70 ± 0.09 and 13.53 ± 0.22,the two groups before and after the performance data showed significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group increase was greater than the control group;the two groups of students shot scores by the experiment before 8.17 ± 0.73 and 7.88 ± 1.01 to test the 8.34 ± 0.94,8.99 ± 0.66,the two groups before and after the shot result data showed significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group increase was greater than the control group;the two groups of students standing triple jump in three by the experiment before 6.53±0.29 and 6.66±0.24,to test the 7.13 ± 0.32 and 7.59 ± 0.51,the two groups before and after standing three jump performance data showed significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group increase was greater than the control group;but eight hundred meters respectively by two before the experiment 2.52 ± 0.31 and 2.42 ± 0.19,to improve the test After the 2.44 ± 0.29 and 2.34 ±0.04,the students in the two groups before and after the experiment although there were significant differences(P<0.05),but the experimental group did not show the advantages of conventional training.According to the analysis of experimental data the main conclusions are as follows: after six months of training,the control group and the experimental group body special qualities were improved,but the experimental group scores 12 points in addition to run the project,other increase is greater than the control group.This shows that the core strength training in improving the performance of students to the special quality of the body the experimental group than the control group;the core of power quality has been greatly improved,this research selected core strength training methods and means,to good effect in improving students' core strength.Join the core strength training of the experimental group in the 100 meters,and shot three class standing long jump performance improvement,control group is superior to conventional training;while in the control group and the experimental group of eight hundred meters while grades have improved,but the core strength training does not reflect on the advantages of the conventional training Potential.At the same time,in the process of the research found that the grassroots coaches know and understand the meaning of core strength training and training methods is not enough,no matter in theory or practice training knowledge are severely deficient.
