Core strength training is mainly around the core region of the body muscles and nerves, muscle system is given priority to with strength and balance ability training. Core strength training compared with the traditional waist abdomen strength training, not only can effectively increase the body trunk muscle strength, but also allows the body to better maintain the balance of the body in the process of movement stability, provide support for limb power. With research of experts and scholars at home and abroad, the core strength training as a supplement of traditional strength training methods have been gradually accepted by the masses of sports workers in China.In this paper, we study the core strength training to the influence of athletic and sports students grades, by the methods of literature material, expert interview method and experimental method to study, so as to physical education students get excellent results provide theoretical and practical support. Based on micro jinhua high school college entrance examination in 24 sports born boys as experimental object, is divided into two groups at random, using the experimental method to one group of core strength training, in the core strength training problems were discussed, at the same time, through the comparison analysis of core strength concrete experimental data for the influence of the sports quality of the college entrance examination sports special immortal, thereby better for the students to do physical training, improve the students’ performance to provide the reference and advice.Research conclusions:1. Screening with experts, her body lateral flexion, and back muscle tension of leg of sit-ups, hang four indicators can measure most athletes before and after the experiment the change of core strength measurements.2. The experimental group in the index of the four core strength test before and after the experiment, has significant difference before and after training. In sports add try measured four sports achievements, in has significant difference before and after the experiment.3. After test, the experimental group and control group, compared with 80% of the indicators are presented significant difference. Performance is improved, but still has certain gap between experimental group and the control group grades, in addition to the 100 meters after the test there is no significant difference between experimental group and the control group, the other three 800 meters, has had a significant difference and triple jump shot.4. After the experiment, the experimental group and control group in body core indicators are improved. While from the perspective of their own development, athletes in the two groups had a certain degree, but overall, the experimental group is obviously better than the increase of the control group.Research proposal:1. In this paper, the experimental time is not long, experiments, the selection of athletes to the overall quality is low, if you can extend the experiment time, and be able to select sports quality is higher, the research conclusion of this paper will has more reliability and pertinence.2. This paper mainly study on core body strength, currently the domestic and foreign scholars for the selection of evaluation index is a difficult process, should refer to more late literature, so as to continuously optimize the evaluation index, to the best effect.3. The traditional strength training and core body strength using their respective advantages in the process of training to serve the movement of the special strength training, and give full consideration to the relationship between the two in the process of training, combine the two reasonable apply, will rejoice in person, at the same time, due to selectively to the body core strength training.4. High school coaches seminar organized, and the training of core strength and the organic combination of teenagers amateur training, as the key to carry out academic exchanges, were discussed.
