The relationship between teachers and students is an eternal topic.It is an important medium for teachers and students to contact,communicate and even grow up together.At the same time,as one of the most important interpersonal relationships in education and teaching,it is sensitive and fragile,especially in today when science and educational means are more convenient.The traditional thought of respecting teachers and respecting the way gradually disappears under the tide of “fast food”culture.Furthermore,the excessive pursuit of quality education and talents in the post-modernism education view has to a certain extent resulted in the utilitarian reality of the relationship between teachers and students.Both teachers and students are more and more concerned about their own personal interests and the gains and losses have evolved into a certain opposition subject,the relationship between students inevitably highlight the lack of care.The theory of caring education has made a reflection on this and put forward a lot of enlightenment to improve the relationship between teachers and students.Based on this theory,the author found that the empirical research on improving the relationship between teachers and students in rural primary schools is relatively weak,which caused the interest and a series of thinking of the author.This study is a practical survey of the relationship between teachers and students in rural primary schools,taking Z primary school as an example,from the perspective of caring education.Through the questionnaire and interview,the research found that:although there is a certain sense of caring relationship between teachers and students in Z primary school,but still lack harmony in many aspects,showing a state of being“as if as if away”on the whole.The investigation shows that the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship in Z primary school encounters many difficulties,including not only the lack of humanistic care of teacher-student relationship itself,There is also a lack of support for the caring atmosphere of the school.The root of the lack of care is the loss of humanity,that is,the value of the main body in education and teaching is not enough.Based on the enlightenment of the caring moral education model in noddings' caring education theory,the author puts forward some suggestions to surmount the predicament of the relationship between teachers and students in rural primary schools.First of all,teachers strive to do a goodjob in caring guide:Change the concept of educating people,set up caring ideas;Enhance caring literacy and promote teacher-student interaction.Secondly,students actively implement caring interaction:Promoting the understanding of caring and deepen the relationship between teachers and students;Cultivate caring quality,sublimate the interaction between teachers and students.Finally,schools strive to create a caring atmosphere:Cultivate the culture of Caring Education,promote the humanistic atmosphere;Make great efforts to improve the school environment,building a caring campus;Carry out the thematic activities actively,to promote caring practice.It is expected to improve the current situation of teacher-student relationship in rural primary.
