| As the most basic and the most important interpersonal relationship in the educational activities,the relationship between teachers and students has a profound impact on all aspects in the educational activities.But in the real educational and teaching activities,a harmonious relationship between teachers and students like tension and conflict still exists.In the process of exploring,the researchers have been trying to establish a new relationship between the teachers and students to improve this phenomenon,but this phenomenon still exists.In 1980s,the American educator Neil Noddings creatively presented the latest theoretical research results-the caring theory,which provides a new perspective to explore the new teacher-student relationship.The theory of caring returns education to the life as a person----a human being.Through caring,it pays attention to the renewal and change of the inner life.In the caring teacher-student relationship,teachers and students through the emotional communication,further understand each other’s inner life,which helps to improve the relationship of the possible conflicts and tensions between teachers and students.This paper consists of five parts:The introduction part introduces the reason of choosing the topic,the significance of the topic,the research methods,the research summary and so on.From the two aspects of theory and practice,this paper expounds the significance of studying the caring teacher-student relationship in primary schools.In order to learn the reality,the author uses the method of questionnaire,interview and observation.On the basis of sorting out the related research status at home and abroad,the author analyzes the limitations of the existing research and takes it as the research foundation.In the second part,the theoretical basis part introduces Noddings’ caring educational theory and Rodgers’s humanism educational theory;The defining the core concepts part defines the "care","teacher-student relationship" and "caring teacher-student relationship";The discriminating relevant concepts part discusses the differences and contacts between the caring teacher-student relationship and democratic teacher-student relationship,understanding teacher-student relationship and caring teacher-student relationship.In the third part,in order to learn what the currently actual situation of the caring teacher-student relationship in primary schools is,firstly the author introduces the design basis,the content,and the implementation process of the questionnaires and interviews and the selection of the survey objects;and then shows the survey results from five aspects:knowledge,attitude,behavior,effect and influence factors.The last two parts are the analysis of the reality of the caring teacher-student relationship in primary schools and the strategies to promote its development.Through the investigation,the author found that in reality,the caring teacher-student relationship in primary schools has the following three problems:the primary school teachers’knowledge of the caring teacher-student relationship is deficient;the primary school teachers’ recognition of the caring teacher-student relationship is low;the teachers’ and students’ caring abilities should be improved.The main causes of these problems are the primary school teachers’ high work pressure,the primary school teachers’ lack of theoretical knowledge,the relative lack of the caring purpose of the education and the influence of family factors on students.In view of the existing problems,the author puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies:schools should create a caring campus environment;teachers should make clear the purpose of the work,update the educational concepts and improve their caring ability;students should enhance their ability to accept,acknowledge and feedback of caring,and actively participate in the practice of caring;parents should establish a caring educational concept and adopt the correct educational methods.. |
