The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Baduan Jin on the physical fitness and multi-objective ability of junior high school students by observing the changes of achievement of setting long jump,sitting forward bend,vital capacity,the correct number of multi-objective tracking times and the average number of balls tracked each time,and to provide a reference for promoting the physical and mental fitness of junior high school students.Certain experimental basis.Research methods:80 subjects were selected by experimental method.80 students were selected as part of one or two administrative classes in junior middle school.40 students were selected in each administrative class,20 boys and 20 girls in each class.A class of students participated in the 8-week exercise intervention of Qigong Baduanjin for the experimental group.Another class of students do not change their original sports and living habits,is for the control group.Two groups of subjects tested their standing long jump,sitting forward bend,vital capacity,the correct number of multi-target tracking and the average number of balls tracked each time before and after the experiment respectively.The results were analyzed and discussed,and the effects of body-building Qigong Baduanjin on the physical and mental health of junior high school students were obtained.The results are as follows:1.There was a significant difference in the results of sitting forward bending between the experimental group and the control group before and after the test,and there was a significant difference in the results of sitting forward bending between the experimental group and the control group after the test.2.There was significant difference in the ability of multi-target tracking between the experimental group and the control group,but there was no significant difference in the ability of multi-target tracking between the experimental group and the control group.3.There is a significant difference in the multi-target tracking ability between the experimental group and the control group before and after the test,and there is a significant difference in the multi-target tracking ability between the experimental group and the control group after the test.Conclusion:The practice of Qigong Baduanjin for junior high school students not only has a significant effect on improving their physical fitness,but also has a significant effect on improving their multi-objective tracking ability.
