The Research Of Modern Apprenticeship In Japan

There is no doubt that it is the tremendous influence of modern apprenticeship on Japan's vocational education that enabled the defeated nation of World War II to become the second largest economy swiftly in post-war time and one of the modernized countries.It is natural for China,the neighboring country of Japan,to admire its social and economic prosperity and the development of vocational education.At present,China is also in the stage of high-speed economic development.However,the introduction and application of a lot of science and technology,production technology,new materials and advanced equipment has led to labor shortage in some technological industries and become the sticking point in China's vocational education that need to be addressed urgently.On August 25,2014,the Ministry of Education issued Guidance on Carrying out Pilot Modern Apprenticeship,requiring that all places pay attention to pilot program of modern apprenticeship,concentrate on establishing a modern apprenticeship trading system and fully improve the capability of technical talents.This paper analyzes the history of the development of Japanese apprenticeship,summaries and researches on successful experiences of the training system of Japanese enterprises and draw lessons from their advantages,in order to achieve the goal of developing China's vocational education and the implementation of modern apprenticeship.The thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter one introduces research background,research purpose and reviews historical and present situation at home and abroad.Besides,it also defines the concept of apprenticeship,factory apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship.Chapter Two reviews the traditional apprenticeship of the Japanese Edo Time and neoteric apprenticeship.Besides,It not only expatiate on the historical background,social and economic background of the emergence of Merchant Apprentice System&Artisans Apprentice System,but also introduces the main development form of Merchant Apprentice System&Artisans Apprentice System.Thus this part concludes the feature of traditional apprenticeship and factory apprenticeship.Chapter Three expatiates on the appearance of modern apprenticeship in Japan and introduces it according to the background of history,society and economy and culture.Besides,Chapter Three concludes the features modern apprenticeship in Japan.Chapter Four mainly talks about Japan's enterprise training system from policy,system and embodiment.It also analyzes the success experience and feature of Japan's enterprise training system.In the last chapter,it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the development of Chinese vocational education and implementation of modern apprenticeship.
