Research purpose: EMG techniques have been applied to many fields in modern society(medical, sports and so on), has become a very important means. Comparison of before and afterthrough electromyography of conventional core strength training and core strength trainingsuspension when measuring the muscle, both in the surface EMG to construct the meaning ofreference, and then to analyze two kinds of training methods of what role the development of corestrength, have much of a role, who is better, so as to improve the core muscular strength trainingmethod, for coaches and athletes to further understand the suspension training, provide certaintheoretical basis and its application in core strength training on human body.Methods: This paper selects the school health of male students in five, the use of portable16guide EMG, EMG data of six routine test action and suspended core strength exercises whenmeasuring the muscle were collected, and then through the Megawin software, the collected datais intercepted preservation, finally the data were analyzed by analysis software.Research content: Select the eight muscles, six core strength training movement were noinstrument auxiliary routine core strength training movement test and suspended participation corestrength training movement test, obtained the measured EMG, muscle test data.Results:1.Prone elbows routine practice and suspension exercise is conducive to thedevelopment of the rectus femoris, rectus abdominis, obliquus externus abdominis are moreobvious, and the suspension of practice development of the three muscles more effectively, but theconventional core strength training is more simple, more convenient in practice.2.Supine top hip routine practice and suspension exercise on femoral head two muscles, thighfascia lata, gluteus maximus muscle exercise are more obvious, suitable for the development ofrear thigh muscles. force the smallest muscle is abdominal muscle, therefore it can be inferred thataction is not suitable for the development of abdominal muscle.3.Lateral single elbow support top hip suspension exercise than conventional practice is moreconducive to the development of abdominal muscle, while the action routine practice on thedevelopment of leg muscle group is superior to the suspension of practice.4.The double elbow supporting leg prone routine practice and practice development ofsuspension rectus femoris, thigh fascia lata are more obvious, and the suspension of practicedevelopment of the two muscles more effectively.5.Supine leg exercise back bridge suspension is favorable to the development of the stocktwo myo, superior to the conventional practice; abdominal external oblique amplitude, in theaction is complete when the integral and the contribution rate of conventional practice although larger than suspension, but there is little difference between the training mode, can chooseaccording to need.6.Lateral elbow split single in two exercises, thigh fascia lata work are the largest, exercisethe effect difference and the two small, so you can choose to do according to the need; the actionof suspension is favorable to the development of the practice of rectus femoris, external obliquemuscle of abdomen, obviously superior to the conventional practice of the conventional practiceof action; erector spinae, Tun Daji, unit two quadriceps exercise is better than the suspension ofpractice.
