Badminton has the characteristics of quick offense and defense conversion.To gain the initiative of the game,the athlete must constantly move,adjust the appropriate position of the ball,and complete the stroke with the most appropriate technical movements.This requires high athlete core strength and balance ability.At present,the training of core strength and balance ability of badminton is mainly based on the traditional core strength training content of the large surface muscle groups in the core area,and the training of the deep small muscle groups in the core area is insufficient.Suspension training is a training method in which a trainer suspends a part of the body with the help of a suspension training belt,the body is in an unstable state,and overcomes its own resistance to complete a variety of free-hand or instrument action exercises.It has significant effects on deep core muscle training in the core area,has adjustable training difficulty,and is suitable for different groups of people.It meets the needs of badminton core strength and balance training.At present,suspension training is mainly used in aerobics,football,volleyball and other sports.In the badminton event,some scholars have done a feasibility analysis,and no empirical research results are available.Based on this,this study takes the students of the badminton special class of sports major as the research subject and uses experimental research methods to consider the effect of suspension training on the core strength and balance ability of students in the badminton special class of sports major.The comparison of training explores how suspension training affects the core strength and balance ability of students majoring in badminton in sports.Concluded as follow:(1)Suspension training and traditional core strength and balance training can improve the core strength of students in the badminton special class of sports majors.(2)Suspension training and traditional core strength and balance training can improve the balance ability of students in badminton special classes of sports majors.(3)Compared with the traditional core strength training,there is no difference in the effect of improving the core strength of students in badminton special classes of sports majors.(4)Compared with the traditional balance training,the suspension training has a more significant effect on improving the static balance ability of the students in the badminton special class of the sports major.(5)Compared with the traditional balance training,the suspension training improves the performance of the closed-line straight-line displacement measurement performance of dynamic balance ability more significantly,and there is no difference in the performance of the left and right foot alternate continuous jumping indicators,but the increase rate Greater than traditional balance training.Suggest:(1)Suspension training is applied to the training of core strength and balance ability of badminton,combining traditional core strength and balance ability training to enrich the core strength and balance ability training methods of badminton.(2)The difficulty of the training content of suspension training should be transitioned from simple to difficult,and the intensity of the training content should be transitioned from low to high.Also pay attention to the individual differences of the trainer and adjust the suspension angle that suits him best.
