It is very important for every family to focus the family, the family education, and the family tradition, which is significant for the national development and national progress, social harmony. Family is the first classroom for children, and parents are the first teachers of their children. That how to carry out the work of family education is related to the child's lifelong development, related to the vital interests of millions of households, and related to the future of the country and the nation. Family education, one of the most profound influences on a person's life, is described as the basis and starting point of the whole life education. It is playing an irreplaceable important role for whether the personal growth and development, family harmony and happiness, or to enhance the quality of the nation, the rise and fall of the country.Family education is not only an indispensable part of the development of minors but also an important part of socialist spiritual civilization and the construction of harmonious society. It put forward the aim of family education and in the "long-term reform and development of the State Plan ( 2010-2020)" and Chinese children's development Plan (2011-2020), including the guidance and promotion of family education, the construction of the integrated education network among the school, family and society closely, and the improvement of the quality of parents and the promotion of the healthy growth of teenage.The state authorities, such as the Ministry of education and other 9 departments, jointly issued"family education program (2016-2020)" in November 2016. The document proposed to build a family education guidance service system to meet the needs of parents and children by the year 2020. And it defined well the goals, for example, the promotion of family education guidance service professional level, and speeding up the family education legal system construction and so on, and made the deployment of targeted and guiding arrangement about some current phenomena of family education in China. It is of great significance to help parents to establish a scientific concept of family education, and promote the healthy development of family education.In recent years, family education has made positive progress through the state exploration, but there are still problems, for instance, understanding is not incorrect, education level is not high, lack of resources, and so on. It tended to make some families view the wisdom more heavily than the moral quality, and the knowledge more heavily than the skill,and higher requirements and other phenomena, which affected the healthy growth of children and the comprehensive development. At present,our country is in the key stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Family education is in charge for an important responsibility and mission to improve the quality of the parents and the level of education.In this paper, the author takes the family education in the private kindergarten in Hengshui city as the research object, and explore the deep-seated reasons behind by combing the problems of the private kindergarten in implementing the spirit of national family education documents from the following perspectives of the park management personnel,management system, management facilities, parents, parents, children with cognitive quality and so on. On basis, the writer tried to put forward some suggestions about the implement of the central "four comprehensive" strategic in the private kindergarten. For example, how to strengthen family education, and how to develop a system of strong operational measures to further clarify the main responsibility of parents in family education, and how to give full important role of kindergarten in family education, and how to speed up the formation of social support networks between the family, communities and kindergarten closely. And how to cultivate socialist builders and successors in all-round development. |
