Perspective Of Educational Ecology:Study On Construction And Development Of Vocational Colleges In Hengshui Lake

Vocational education in modern China origined in the Yipu of Fuzhou Ship School in1867,and firstly developed before Liberation.With the Reform and Opening up,vocational education has been developing rapidly.The Educational Area is the product of the centralized development of vocational education.Since 21 th Century,the Educational Areas have sprung up all over the country.It can integrate the good environment and the advanced technology in a certain area.According to the local situation,vocational school communicate with enterprises to combine teaching and practice,realize the integration of production and teaching,cultivate skilled talents needed by enterprises in different ways.The Educational Area integrates the local resources while carrying out professional education.Especially,it innovates in the teaching model to making the education and personnel training meet the requirements of local economic and industrial development.Then to embody the harmonious concepts,we should wholly develop the secondary,higher and lifelong educational institution.As the ultimate goal,we should train the technical and comprehensive talents to meet the local economic and social needs.From the perspective of educational ecology,this dissertation discusses the site selection,construction and use of Hengshui Education Area,and analyzes the relationship between the Education Area and all levels of Education.First of all,this paper discusses the importance of the location of Vocational Education Area,the history of Vocational Colleges in the Education Area,the situation of relocation and the development.In this paper,a total of 240 students from four middle and higher vocational schools in Hengshui Educational Area are surveyed and interviewed.According to these questionnaires and interview contents,writer analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hengshui Education Area and puts some suggestions.Secondly,the construction of educational area based on "ecological theory" and "education niche" is discussed.Finally,some suggestions on the comprehensive development of Hengshui Educational Area are put forward.It includes the integration of general education and vocational education,the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education and the cooperation among Vocational Colleges.
