Although the importance of experiential education has been well known to researchers and educators and the related works have been developed in theory and practice for several years,the studies and applications of experiential education in high school class management are still limited.In this thesis,using the educational narrative method,the results of experience education are shown and the education opportunities are discussed through the description of specific events occurring in class management,according to a certain demonstration class of Laoning province,whose head-teacher of the class is served by author.The main results are as follows:1.Because of the advanced network in modern times,much Information can be easily obtained.As a result,many social hot issues are paid close attention by students.So some social hot issues impacted to the class education can be selected and designed ingeniously by teachers,which can provide fine opportunities to practise experiential education and serve for the class management eventually.2.There are many different topics in the class meetings.Teachers can design some appropriate and reasonable scenes according to topics,which can be experienced by student personally so as to cause the respective reflection.Then,the corresponding problem will be solved when all of the students raised awareness.Thus,the class management will increase to a new level.3.Student is a separate individual.No matter how we educate,some unexpected things still will be happened.These experienced things just provide the education opportunity,which can be used by teacher to guide them to realize and grow through analyzing the problems reflected by these events.4.For the outstanding problems in class recently,it is important to have a sober analysis for head-teacher that the problems derive from the ability or awareness of students.For the awareness problems,the teacher can design some scenes,in which,the students can be placed and experienced so that the students can recognize their own problems and correct shortcomings consciously by achieving the experience from scenes.5.Although the head-teachers of the class often choose capable students as the class leaders,the uncapable students should not be excluded out of the team of class leaders.The head-teachers can arrange some suitable works for uncapable students,which can make up their lack of capability,so that they have enough chances to grow.Thus,all students are a member of class leaders.And all students manage others,while also be managed by others.Through the managing and managed experience for student,more mutual understanding will be established between students,which cause the cooperation with others to complete class works.So the management difficulty of the class will decrease for the head-teachers.6.The experience can be carried out in a real environment or in a specific activity,even in a communication between the student and head-teacher.Teacher can put questions to students sequently and allow them to think following their own ideas.At last,the thought report is formed.The series of activities relate to the students' spiritual experience and self-correction.Naturally,the thought report is the achievement of experiential education.
