The ancient said,"A word can be prosperous,can be in a state funeral," And now we said,"The speech can change the destiny,the eloquence can decided to life".The ability of speech is not a genius and rely on learning.In today's advocated to cultivate students Chinese Key Competencies,learning speeches is the need of The Times,Speech teaching on students "language construct and use" "thinking development and ascension" "aesthetic appreciation and creation" ability of the "cultural heritage and understand" is a real concern.The ultimate goal of this article is the core in order to develop the students' accomplishment,to help students to adapt to the individual lifelong development and the needs of social development based on the speech teaching Chinese Key Competencies research.This article focuses on the "Chinese Key Competencies " and the "speech teaching" two key problems,mining the organic connection between them.To analyze the situation of speech material,understand the speech in each period of a case.Analysis of student learning,clear elementary school,junior high school,high school students in different stages of the characteristics of the language learning.Through research to understand the students knowledge and the attitude to speech teaching,and clear the needs of speech learning.Research of teachers to understand a line which the language teacher treated,based on the understanding of the Chinese speech andthe Key Competencies teaching situation.To understand the status quo of speech teaching and speech teaching based on the core of Chinese Key Competenciesis difficult.On the basis of constructing the speech teaching system,based on the core of Chinese Key Competencies,including the choice of teaching aim,teaching content and teaching strategies to explore three parts content.This article is focus on the core of Chinese Key Competencies of language,thinking,aesthetic,cultural "four one" all-round development.Also pay attention to speech teaching reading teaching,speech writing,speech oral communication teaching "the trinity" comprehensive integration,Provide a theoretical framework for the development of students' Chinese Key Competencies and the teaching reference.
