Present Situation Research On The Running Management Of Badminton Stadium In Changchun City Based On SWOT

As the provincial capital city of Jilin Province,Changchun is the center of politics,education and economy of Jilin Province.It is also the best city for the development of mass sports in Jilin Province.The number of business badminton venues is large.Especially in recent years,with the public in Changchun City,a significant increase in the level of disposable income and leisure time increased,the public awareness of sports health significantly improved,to the badminton gymnasium to play exercise has become a fashion.However,the development of badminton venues in Changchun City,the time is still relatively short,subject to many factors,the management and there are many areas in urgent need of improvement.Based on the current situation of the development of badminton venues in Changchun,this paper takes the sports industry,sports marketing,sports economics and management as the research object of this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1.This paper uses the SWOT situation analysis method of management theory to analyze the current situation of management badminton stadiums in Changchun from two aspects: exterior condition and internal environment,This paper makes a systematic analysis on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and competition of badminton stadiums in Changchun City.The aim of this paper is to improve the management of badminton venues in Changchun.Management level of Changchun Badminton Stadium in order to provide reference for Changchun's management badminton stadium's management decision-making.Through the research,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Business badminton stadium management and management of the advantages focused on improving the hardware and software facilities,a variety of business models,reasonable pricing strategy and the number of members gradually increased in four areas.2.The disadvantages of management badminton venues are concentrated in the low level of human resources(lack of professional management knowledge of the managers,low degree of specialization of coaches),inadequate internal management level and low level of service.3.Changchun business badminton venue management is facing a good opportunity,outstanding performance in the good policy support,sustained and stable development of social economy and rich resources of colleges and universities.4.with the Changchun operating badminton stadium increased,the industry's competition will continue to intensify,the increasingly fierce competition in the venues,some venues through price competition,to bring pressure on the development of venues.5.Changchun business badminton stadium management can be improved to improve the growth strategy,reverse strategy,a variety of business strategy,defensive strategy and otherfour management strategies.Among them,the growth strategy is to further improve venues and venues facilities,strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities to introduce professional badminton management,coaching personnel,job training to improve management and coaches overall level;A variety of business strategy is mainly to absorb a wide range of social capital,rich experience in the project,tailored to consumers a sports prescription;defensive type;the same time,Strategy is to improve the quality of service venues,to avoid low-cost competition to the long-term development of venues to bring adverse effects.
