Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Sports Venues Management In The University Of Changchun

This research is based on the literature method, survey method, mathematicalstatistics method, field survey was conducted on16current situation of sports venuesmanagement undergraduate colleges and universities in Changchun City, from fouraspects of management personnel, management mode of system construction, and openmanagement present situation analysis, and based on extracting the four outstandingproblems last, puts forward some countermeasures for reference of college sports venuemanagement in Changchun city. The research thought:(1) in the sports venue management personnel, management education structure isirrational, the proportion of graduate degree is low, school and below educationrelatively large proportion; lack of venue management related professional,management of professional sports majors accounted for only4.2%, the highestproportion, other professional; professional title structure is unreasonable, theproportion of senior professional titles low, primary title and non Title larger proportion;the structure of managerial age is not reasonable, over40years of age are relativelylarge proportion, the proportion of under30years old is low; venue managers workingenthusiasm is not ideal. The overall situation shows that the management team to furtherstrengthen the construction.(2) in the sports venues management system, Changchun City college sports venuemanagement system more variety, but the content of the system is lack of normative, notdetailed, and lack of supervision system. System implementation effect is not ideal,good proportion accounted for only18.9%, one of the main reasons is the venuemanagers lack the pressure of market competition, the implementation of the system the lack of sense of responsibility, enthusiasm. In addition, schools do not attach importanceto the construction of sports venues management system, insufficient capital investmentis caused by the system is not standard, the main reason for the lack of implementation.(3) in the aspect of sports venues management, college sports venue managementin Changchun city mainly includes the sports sector management, logistics management,contract management, leasing four forms, the sports management and logisticsmanagement proportion is higher than the other two species; four kinds of managementmode in the management system, service object and business objective aspects of eachhave prominent; there is a significant upgrade venues open degree, which paid openingratio reached68.8%. But with the deepening of opening up the students to use the site,resulting in and outside groups to use the site mutual extrusion and contradiction to acertain extent, also caused the increase pressure of venue management maintenance.(4) improve the Countermeasures of college sports venue management ChangchunCity: one is to update the sports venues management idea, break through limitations ofthinking problems, driven by innovation management development; two is to broadenthe sources of funding, strengthen the construction of sports facilities in Colleges anduniversities, establish the mechanism of sharing between College venues; the three is tostrengthen the management and training, improve the quality of sports venuemanagement personnel; four is to improve the sports venues management system inColleges and universities, strengthen the system of execution; the five is to developsports stadium differentiated open management system; six is the introduction ofappropriate University Stadium property management service mode.
