Through the investigation Dongsheng District of Ordos City junior high school English classroom teaching management,currently appearing in Dongsheng District of Ordos City junior high school English classroom management problems are summarized,the writer mainly studied about junior high school English classroom teaching management based on the theory of classroom teaching management.The writer studied it by Documentary Analysis,Questionnaire Survey and Interview Method and so on.The main problems of Dongsheng District of Ordos City junior high school English classroom teaching management are,for classroom teaching management.philosophy behind;improper management of classroom teaching;classroom teaching management capacity is low;the main single classroom teaching management;insufficient professional competence of teachers;classroom teaching adverse environment.Get some main reasons by analyzing the main problems.And then get some better classroom teaching management methods or strategies for improving the Dongsheng District of Ordos City junior high school English classroom teaching management:change classroom teaching management philosophy,pay attention to classroom teaching management;reform of classroom teaching management model to promote the overall development of students;to improve classroom teaching management skills,increase teacher training efforts to strengthen the teachers' own learning;to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students to create a good classroom atmosphere;to create a good learning environment and create favorable conditions for classroom management.Change the traditional controlled,authoritarian management concept of classroom teaching democracy,new classroom teaching management concepts cooperation.In the classroom teaching management process,attention to the development of each student,and strive to make each student management contribute to the formation of the white point of view has,views,understanding,experience.Classroom Management transition mode,between teachers and students,students and students of cooperation between the management of the main classroom teaching solve a single problem,and more use of stealth management in the classroom management.By improving teacher training and teachers' own learning classroom teaching management,and in the process of teaching management,and always pay attention to maintaining the dignity of students,regardless of classroom teaching or daily exchanges of teachers and students must achieve an equal,two-way interaction to achieve real teachers and students teaching and learning.Improve the teaching environment of unfavorable factors,teaching equipment to achieve timely maintenance and replacement,reduced class size should be appropriate to meet the development needs of modern education.
