The new "English Curriculum Standards" (ECS) advocates experienced, practical, participated, cooperating learning method and suggests task-based teaching method to develop the students integrated language capabilities.It sets higher demands on the English classroom teaching and classroom management for the teachers. At the same time some teachers' concept of classroom management does not reflect the demands of ECS, their classroom management style manifests their drawbacks gradually in the English teaching, the management ideas of some teachers lag behind, they confuse classroom management with discipline management of the classroom , the enthusiasm of student's English learning is greatly inhibited, they turn English class into a class of English knowledge or a class of grammar, the class lacks of interaction and communication between teachers and students communication, it deviates from the purpose of English study fundamentally; And another kind of situation is: though the classroom is active, the teacher lacks essential regulation and control to the classroom, make the classroom the phenomenon out of control, cause English teaching to be difficult to reflect ideas of the new curriculum, classroom management of the new curriculums becomes an important subject.The ability of classroom management is the key factor of teachers' quality. It consists goal management of classroom, circumstance management and discipline management of classroom. This thesis chooses the classroom management as the theme of study, it meets the demands of new curriculums reform, try to rebuild the classroom manage, consolidate my own long-term English teaching in middle school, construct the humanized new-type classroom management mode that is based on students, offer the abundant conditions and possibilities for students' development, let the classroom radiate the vigor born the life.This thesis introduces three respects of classroom management, goal management of classroom, circumstance management of and discipline management of classroom.
