Research On The Organizational Model Of Science And Technology Innovation Activities Of College Students

College students' scientific and technological innovation activities are an effective way to cultivate innovative talents,which is a new direction of teaching reform in colleges and universities and an important part of college education.This research aims at the problems of college students' scientific and technological innovation activities,explores the scientific and technological innovation activities of college students and constructs a set of effective organizational guarantee mode by means of literature research,questionnaire and interview method.Based on the organizational goals and factors of the students 'scientific and technological innovation activities,this research analyzes and summarizes the three forms of college students' scientific and technological innovation activities,namely,the science and technology competition,the social practice investigation and the scientific research project of college students,and discusses the practice of science and technology innovation activities of college students The relationship between teachers and students of science and technology innovation activities,organizational management system and incentive mechanism model.At the same time,through the questionnaire analysis and interviews,this research analysis of the organizational model of the problems.Due to the lack of teachers' effective guidance,the organization and management system is not perfect,the evaluation system is not scientific and the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the research starts from the innovation organization target model,and aims at cultivating the students' innovation quality as the core.To create an innovative culture as the guide,put forward the system of scientific and technological innovation activities of college students' organizational model reform ideas: This research constructs the organization and management system of the students' scientific and technological innovation activities from the system guarantee,the construction of the leading team and the trapezoidal team.From the guidance mode of "double teacher type",the construction of the instructor group and the "ternary model" of teachers and students,Guidance mechanism;from the development of reasonable incentive goals,set up multi-level incentive content and the use of a variety of incentives to optimize the form of university students to stimulate scientific and technological innovation activities.
