In the new historical period,the study on the Model of the Education Practice has always been a hot topic in the field of teacher education.The disadvantages of previouseducation practice model has been for long time is increasing obviously,mainly shown in the following aspects: the time of education practice,education practice,evaluation criterion,practice base and so on.Based on the shortage above,the author puts forward the Model of Diffuse Education Practice.The objective of this model is to improve education qualification of normal students by the restructure of each practice link.The Model of Diffuse Education Practice is a way of education practice to improve students' knowledge structure,generation and exercise education practical work ability as well as professional quality by the resetting and restructuring of education practice contentas well as time arrangement to match the theory course with the decompose education internship programs around with normal four-year degree program,meanwhile pay attention to the combination of decentralized and centralized training education practice.It has comprehensive on practice content which can promote students' practice of various rational development and the formation of education belief with the repetitive training of internship program,in which the path will be generated by the practical knowledge to decomposed the teaching ability into several internships and make it dispersed into normal university four years.Meanwhile,it has strong flexibility in the internship time,that can make student to contact the school on his own initiative according to their practicalities,but no longer accept the internship passively.This paper consisted of four chapter :the first is to structure the basis in reality of model by analyzing the shortage of previous model of education practice and the target;the second and the third are to find the theoretical basis of the model and decompose the education practice by the request of related courses,which is based on the discuss between action and knowledge,the study of structure about learning theory and the analysis about the development of teachers.The decomposed program will be dispersed into normal university four years based on the generative logic of teachers' practice knowledge.The last is to analyze the rationality of the model.The research achievement is main shown in two aspects:the first is to dispersed the time of education practice into normal university four years and refining the content;the second is to improve educational qualities by combination the training of the reflective ability and the development of education belief in the process of education practice.
