At present,the new curriculum reform is steadily advancing.New curriculum reform requires quality education must be in-depth school.This change will make a new request which requires subject teachers must change the traditional educational philosophy for the school's first-line teachers.It is strictly forbidden to stick to the "academic standards","knowledge center" educational philosophy.That the comprehensive development of students and lifelong development must be the ultimate pursuit of education.Geography teaching is an important part of school discipline teaching,the outstanding characteristics of the discipline must be fully considered,And strive for create conditions for students of carry out independent learning and inquiry learning.At the same time,the Ministry of Education in the "New Compulsory Education Geography Curriculum Standard"(2011 version)point out that the general goal of compulsory education geography curriculum is master basic knowledge of geography,acquire basic geography skills and methods,understand environment and development issues,enhance patriotic sentiment,and initially form a global consciousness and sustainable development concept.We can see that the "curriculum standards" from the knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values are geography classroom teaching teachers should be concerned about the three dimensions of teaching objectives.However,for a long time,due to the result of the setting of the subject,and the influence of the social tradition on the school evaluation,the tendency of exam-oriented education is still obvious.The number of test scores and the amount of knowledge students get is also the focus of junior high school geography classroom teaching.But the level of competence applied to knowledge is weakened.This "heavy-knowledge,light-ability" teaching phenomenon increase the burden of students,hind the overall development and lifelong development of students,contrary to the concept of quality education and new curriculum reform.Improve the quality life of students must be the goal in Geography classroom teaching,students need to learn more useful knowledge for their own life-long with the teaching of geography.So they can adapt to the future social development more better.We need to explore a new teaching model which is more efficient and pay more attention to the long-term development of students.So,according to the teaching practice of the first-line teaching and learning,taking the junior middle school geography new curriculum standard as the core,combining with PEP teaching junior middle school geography teaching materials,according to the current teaching of some classes,the author uses the "three-dimensional seven-segment" teaching model for practical research to adjust our classroom teaching behavior and take practical action to pursue quality education.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the application of "three-dimensional and seven-segment" teaching mode in junior middle school geography teaching.The first chapter is introduction.Including the background of this research,describe the present research situation of classroom teaching model at home and abroad,clarify the purpose and significance of this topic research and the content and method of this research.The second chapter is the investigation and study on the current status of junior high school geography teaching which is the motivation and source of the research.It consists of two parts: the survey of teachers 'teaching status and the status quo of students' study.The third chapter is about the definition of the relevant core concepts.Defines the basic concepts of teaching objectives,curriculum "three-dimensional goals" and “seven-section teaching”.Analyzes the evolution of teaching objectives and understanding of the status quo.Interpreting the profound connotation of the three-dimensional goal of the course.Elaborated the meaning of seven teaching and their mutual relations.Then the classroom teaching model research and practical application is the focus of attention.First introduced the course of change of classroom teaching mode.At the same time to use the junior high school geography teaching materials seventh grade(below)Chapter IX of the second "Brazil" as an example,elaborated the practical application of "three-dimensional seven-section" teaching mode in junior middle school geography classroom.And the effectiveness of the practice of research carried out the detection,analysis and reflection.The fourth chapter is the conclusion of this research,and the shortcomings in the research process.Hope to provide theoretical and practical reference for geography teachers in general in their classroom teaching.The innovation of this research is that the application of the "three-dimensional seven-segment" teaching model in the actual teaching process,and to guide the teaching of geography in the junior middle school with relevant theories.At the same time in practice,summarize refining,enriching the teaching theory,to achieve the new curriculum reform to junior middle school geography of the new requirements,the implementation of quality education.
