Education is a never-ending topic, and the rural education is the focus and hot topic. In urban and rural education co-prosperity with mutual cooperation and development of today, how to better promote the education of rural middle school teaching, really improve the quality of classroom teaching, to make our students really benefit from it, is stayed in my heart all the event. In August last year I had the privilege of being a volunteer teacher teachers(vice President), education administrators double identity into the ground to one-year study examines, in the meantime with hands-on experience in 36 middle school use "stereo guide learning type" classroom teaching reform and innovation mode, implement effective teaching case to build the classroom learners, the change of the teachers and students, especially students in learning attitude, learning objectives, learning style, learning habits, the transformation of many aspects, such as learning motivation, the passive learning into active to learn independently, will be "cramming" into a "happy", efficiently and effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, achieve the desired purpose.This study to humanistic learning theory, constructivism learning theory and learning pyramid theory as a guide, combined with the particularity of 36 watts city middle school, and the related knowledge of teaching case, think the stereoscopic teaching case led learning mode of the countryside junior middle school is of great significance for the development of efficient classroom. Through the investigation and analysis of the basic factors affecting the school implement efficient classroom, under the guidance of teaching case in the panel and lead, the introduction of case teaching, implementation and summary. Have made some achievements, especially in mathematics and Chinese subject is outstanding, but also in the process of implementation of did find some problems and difficulties. Finally in view of the problems put forward the corresponding solution strategy, in order to improve the teaching case in three-dimensional problems arising from the learning mode, realize the countryside junior middle school classroom efficiency.
