As one of the basketball attack technology,basketball turns in the process to get rid of the defender plays a very important role,in order to better protect the ball,must improve the offensive player turned to technology application.Using explosive turning action training,in order to explore the efficacy of basketball turning action,this study adopts the methods of electrical test,the electrical data statistics and comparison,analysis of turning action of muscle ratio and integral electrical discharge sequence,values,aims to explore the effective strength training methods and turning action training,and to further test the training methods in basketball turning action explosive increase in the role.Study subjects: nine male basketball players who were majoring in sports training at the capital sports university were subjects of the study.Methods: literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and expert interviewing method are used in this paper.The results of the study:1.The muscle discharge sequence that turns the motion before the explosive force of the hand begins with the right gluteus maximus.The rear end is the first to activate the left spinal muscle.The muscle contribution rate of the back and forth movement muscles(left,right)and calf muscle(right)is the largest.There is a significant difference between the forward and forward motion integrals and the rectus abdominis;2.The lifting force of a heavy load turns the muscle contribution rate to the right muscle(left,right)and the calf muscle(right)to the muscle.Turning action points before and after the electrical value: in the first turn,weight 4 kg and 6 kg comparison,gastrocnemius change is very significant,right after the turn,rectus,glutes and the external oblique muscle growth;3.The resistance is activated by three resistance,which is activated first and later in time.In the back motion,the time of resistance to the 2kg muscle was not advanced.Resistance to 4kg,the muscle is discharged in advance;4.The muscle discharge sequence in the three states of the power of the muscle and the spinal muscles in the back and forth of the muscles of the back and forth of the muscles of the back and forth of the muscles of the back and forth of the muscles of the back and forth of the muscles of the spinal column in the back and forth of the muscles of the back and forth of the spinal muscles.The contribution rate of muscle contribution was the same as the contribution rate of the same muscle.Research conclusions:1.The muscle that is first activated before and after the explosion of the hand is the right gluteus maximus and the left ridge muscle.About stock lateral rectus muscle and the right side of the gastrocnemius muscle contribution rate,the largest in integral electrical values change,the left glutes significant differences,the left rectus muscle,the rectus exist significant differences.2.Unarmed and load condition,turn the same muscles before and after the contribution rate of basic consistent,with the increase of negative weight,lower limb muscles of the discharge duration increased,also to mobilize the participation of the external oblique muscle,the muscle contribution rate increased significantly.3.Resistance training is less likely to affect the abdominal muscle.The muscle of the left femoral muscle is increased significantly with the drag increase,and the left gluteus maximus is increased significantly with the increase of resistance.Proper resistance exercises protect the duration of the discharge of the muscles,but not as long as the higher the resistance.
