Research On The Present Situation And Development Prospect Of Junior High School Aerobics In Haidian District Of Beijing

In recent years,aerobics has become a popular sport for young people.In the interest of combining dance movements with exercise movement,aerobics armed with a strong sense of rhythm and movement is pretty attractive.It not only trains and shapes the lovers physically but also makes them happy in mind.The P.E.textbook for middle schools has already prepared the aerobics project,which is an important form of physical education and extracurricular activities in junior high school.It is of great significance to promote students' physical health and mental health.This dissertation selects The Status and Prospect of Junior High School Aerobics in Haidian District Beijing as the topic,with 34 teachers and 300 students as the research object.By using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis on the middle school aerobic in Haidian District Beijing to carry out investigation and analysis of the status and the development prospect.to carry out investigation and analysis of the status and the development prospect.The following conclusions are obtained through the research:(1)Aerobics project in Haidian District has been gradually carried out in junior high school,and some schools have begun to carry out Aerobics Teaching in physical education courses,indicating that in recent years the development of Aerobics projects are on the rise.(2)From the aerobics course in junior middle school in Haidian District to carry out the situation,almost 80% of the schools in Haidian District have participated in the aerobics competition,indicating that aerobics has a foundation in the popularity of the junior high schools in Haidian District,and the emphasis on aerobics is also growing.(3)From the point of view of teaching content,the course content of junior high school aerobics in Haidian District is rich.On the teaching method,the teaching methods are constantly improving and updating,because the teachers are overall younger.(4)The survey shows that female junior high school aerobics teachers are more than the males in Haidian District,and there are more young teachers.The teacher's professional title is mainly concentrated in the first,second and senior teachers,indicating that the overall teaching level of the teachers in Haidian District still have a certain height.In education,the education of junior high school teachers in Haidian District is also getting higher and higher.Teachers' majors and teaching subjects are slightly different,mainly because of The Senior Entrance Exam making the teaching needs of athletics and balls increased.(5)From the teachers' understanding of aerobics project,most of the junior high school teachers in Haidian District think that it is necessary to carry out the teaching of aerobics.They affirm the exercise value of aerobics for junior high school students,at the same time also recognize the effects of the aerobics project for students to actively participate in physical exercise.They are satisfied with that the school teaching facilities and equipment related to aerobics are basically enough to the teaching needs.(6)There are less students in Haidian District understanding the aerobics project,the majority of students do not have a deep understanding,which shows that aerobics in many junior high school physical education classes did not be started or involved.In the survey,many students love and are willing to participate in the aerobics learning,but the number of students really participating in and learning aerobics is not much.They have no special courses to learn aerobics,and only a few students participated in aerobics or aerobics club.
