Investigation And Research On The Sports Demand Of The Elderly In Jiyuan City Of Henan Province

Since 1970 s,the aging population has become the world's major problem,and it related to the social and economic development of all the countries.The aging situation of the Chinese population is very pressing since 1990 s,the Chinese aging problem is becoming more prominent than before,and it is more and more difficult to cope with.The government and the society have paid more attention to the issues,the active pension and the health care have become a hot topic.It is an important measure for working out the aging of the population to develop sports for the old and encourage the elderly to participate in fitness,and it's also an important manifestation of active aging and healthy aging.This study is researched by the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research method,the respondent is the age of 60 people who participate in physical exercise lived in Jiyuan city in Henan province.Surveying the current situation of the elderly sports in Jiyuan city,so as to further understanding on the older sports demanding situation of the Jiyuan city,only to explore the mental and physical requirement of the old,from the source to help the elderly to achieve healthy retirement goals.Through the study,I found that the subjective factors to restrict the physical needs of the elderly in Jiyuan city is that the motivation of the elderly to participate in sports is insufficient,the understanding about the sports of the majority of people is not enough,they are not aware of the value of sports;the objective factors are complex,summarized the main sports venues and facilities constraints,elderly sports organization and management deficiencies,the lack of social sports instructors,sources of funding for sports activities,the residents' economic level is not high.According to the factors which influence the elderly sports demanding development of Jiyuan city,formulate the following measures: 1.Increase the elderly sports publicity service efforts,build a comprehensive information service system.2.Allocate the resources reasonable,improve the status of sports facilities.3.Make the community as a platform,establish and perfect the sports organization in old years.4.Strengthen the construction of social sports instructor team.5.Increase policy guidance,improve the awareness of sports consumption.6.Increase the capital spending,set up the physical monitoring mechanism.
