High school teachers for teaching research is an important way to promote teachers' professional development.Teaching research can improve the teaching quality of secondary school,and promote the teachers' professional development.The investigation and study on the present situation to the teaching research of the middle school chemistry teachers participated in the training plan is rare.52 chemistry teachers participated in the training plan are investigated.Not only can the survey provide some reference for in-service chemistry teacher training,fostering,assessment and management,but also can provide some evidence for the corresponding theory study.This study through literature method,questionnaire investigation and interviews,survey the consciousness and attitude of teaching research,understanding of teaching research,the participation of teaching research,implementation of teaching research,the research ability,research production and achievement promotion,evaluation of the school study.After finishing data analysis,the conclusions are as follows: the consciousness of teaching research is stronger.Chemical participation teachers lack the understanding of teaching research and research methods.Most of the teachers are often involved in teaching and researching.The main content of teaching research is around the subject knowledge and the teaching knowledge.The content involves relatively narrow.The purpose is to promote their own professional development and improve the teaching level.The research ability is strong,but not balanced development.The consciousness of research production and achievement promotion is very strong,but action.Encountered in the teaching and research of obstacles come mainly from the theoretical level and onerous task.Chemical participation teachers think that the production and achievement of teaching research in high school is rare.For teachers,make an in-depth understanding of the close relation between teaching and research,strengthen the study of education theory,improve study quality,widen teaching research content.For school,school leaders need to improve the recognition of the importance of research on teaching,create a good atmosphere of teaching and research,increase the investment in teaching research funding,improve teachers' teaching research management system and incentive evaluation system.For education management departments,rich in-service chemistry teacher training content and methods,improve the system of assessment of chemistry teacher.
