In recent years,campus problems frequently appeared and the public paid growing attention to bullying issue,Beijing Zhongguancun Second Primary school bullying Incident and Wenzhou City Girl Bullying Incident have caused the extensive attention and heated discussion among all levels of society.From this background,this research study the influences that caused school bullying and measures which will control it.This study collects date by the way of questionnaire and interviewing.Using the method of multistage stratified sampling,556 effective questionnaire have been got.Social statistics software SPSS 19.0 has been used for the analysis of date in this paper.The results showed that in the X high school incidence rate of suffering bullying is 67.4%,incidence rate of practicing bullying is 9.3%.Classroom,playground,sports field,corridor and restroom are the places where bullying most likely to happen.It is common to see verbal bullying and property damage and loss in X high school.Chi-square testing result shows that there is a obvious gender difference in verbal bullying and relational bullying,which is means boys suffered more verbal bullying and relational bullying than girls;and there is no grade difference in verbal bullying,relational bullying,physical bullying,cyberbullying,property damage and loss,running errands.Binary logistic regression testing shows three factors--gendor,psychological state,relation with father has obvious influence to variable suffering bullying,that is students who is male,more negative psychological state and poorer relation with father will be likely to suffer bullying.Binary logistic regression testing shows there is no significant factor causes middle school students'behavior of bullying other people.But the existing study shows family factor can predict the behavior of bullying other people effectively.Solutions to solve school bullying has two steps.We should learn successful experiences from the intervention of school bullying in Norway,that is we carry out specific measures in school,class and student.School should investigate current situation of bullying,draw up the anti-bullying program,set up a team to supervise school bullying related affairs.In class,class sponsors should hold the anti-bullying lecture and class meeting,spread the knowledge of bullying,in the meantime,class sponsor should also set up interest group and increase understanding between students.As for students,school teachers are obliged to help them build a positive and healthy individual's personality,and give psychological help to the victim.School solution in bottom-up.process,when facing with bullying,students are encourage to tell their parents and teacher initiatively;teachers are demanded to solve bullying incidents objectively;school administrators should assess bullying incident according to related formula and punish the bully,at the same time,school provide psychological guidance to the victim.
