Research On The Current Situation And Prevention Strategies Of School Bullying Of Vocational School Girls

Based on a questionnaire survey of 1088 female students in three secondary vocational schools in Changsha and interviews with five teachers and two classmates,this paper explores the status quo,characteristics and influencing factors of school bullying of female students in secondary vocational schools.Statistical results show that the situation of bullying in secondary vocational schools is severe.71.9% of secondary vocational school girls have suffered from bullying in different degrees or forms.Among them,the incidence of verbal bullying is 53.6%,property bullying42.6%,relationship bullying 27.7%,sexual bullying 21.2%,physical bullying 12.4%,online bullying 10.6%,and forced driving 9.2%.Generally speaking,girls in second grade and poor academic performance are more vulnerable to campus bullying,only-child is more vulnerable to physical bullying,and there is no significant difference between secondary vocational school girls from different places of origin.Further regression analysis showed that self-perception,bad behavior habits,adolescent sexual psychology,time allocation of school activities,family background and parent-child relationship had significant effects on school bullying.Among them,interpersonal relationship,self-confidence,self-control,self-esteem,smoking experience,drinking experience,physical maturity,love experience,being pursued by the opposite sex,pursuing the opposite sex,time allocation of study time,dressing time,bored time,The parents received higher education,family income and upbringing style have significant effects on school bullying of secondary vocational school girls.According to the above conclusions,this study puts forward four measures for preventing and curing school bullying of secondary vocational school girls: first,legislation should be taken first,and school bullying should be included in the legal provisions;second,school responsibility should be implemented,and early warning and response mechanism should be established for school bullying of secondary vocational school girls;third,the whole society should work together to create a harmonious campus and purify the soil for the formation of bad habits of girls;and fourth,school bullying should be carried out.Optimize the family education and upbringing environment,and activate parents awareness of participating in the prevention and treatment of bullying on secondary vocational school girls' campus.
