The frequent occurrence of campus bullying makes it overflow from the field of education and gradually become a social problem of great concern.At present,both the academic community and the public are mainly concerned about the bullying phenomenon of older adolescents.However,in recent years,bullying incidents of primary school students frequently occur.As the physical and mental development of primary school students is not yet mature,it is a problem worthy of attention in educational theory and practice to pay attention to the current situation of bullying of this group and then take effective measures.In this study,12 typical bullying cases of primary school students are selected.Through in-depth analysis of the cases,the status quo of bullying in primary school is objectively presented: most of the bullies are male,and there are character defects on both sides of bullying;bullying often occurs between "jokes" and is open in the form of Internet;bullying often occurs in school after-school time,involving various forms of bullying;group bullying Bullying and "bullying small" tend to be obvious;bullying treatment is mostly critical education.On this basis,it summarizes the differences and similarities between primary school students and middle school students,that is,the heterogeneity and homogeneity of bullying events in different age groups.This study believes that: due to the limitation of physical and mental development level,pupils' self-protection ability is insufficient,their cognition is easily influenced by external environment,and their moral and legal cognition are deficient,which easily lead to "joke" bullying behavior;due to the absence of comprehensive school management,pupils' bullying behavior in and out of school spare time is easily caused;due to the lack of family education,they are easy to guide As a result,pupils' character defects lead to bullying events;as a result of multi-cultural induction,it is easy to lead to pupils' cognitive bias,which leads to bullying behavior;as a result of the limitation of the age of criminal responsibility of minors and the lack of relevant laws on campus bullying,most of the ways of dealing with bullying in primary schools are critical education,which leads to bullying behavior repeatedly.Therefore,we should take measures to deepen pupils' cognition of bullying,improve their self-protection consciousness,strengthen pupils' Extra-curricular management,establish correct educational concept,create a good family atmosphere,reasonably choose educational methods,create a good social and cultural atmosphere,strengthen network supervision,improve bullying related laws and regulations,and combine community forces to prevent and control bullying on campus Take action against bullying.
