With the rapid development of Internet technology and big data,people get the way of knowledge is constantly changing,more and more people choose online learning to acquire the necessary knowledge.Moocs was came into being,and rapidly development around the world.However,as a fast-growing online courses in China for a short period of time,the issue of teaching quality has become the focus of attention.So how to give full play to the advantages and to ensure the teaching quality of moocs has become an urgent problem to solve.This paper mainly to the teaching quality assurance of moocs as the theme,takes the present situation of the teaching quality assurance of moocs in JiangXi province as the investigation content,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on this basis.This paper adopts literature analysis method,through the use of the library database,CNKI,Baidu academic method,are widely collected,translation,collation,analysis and research to related literature,in-depth understanding of the research status at home and abroad on this aspect,puts forward the problems existing in the research.Secondly,according to the theory of total quality management and philosophy of university courses based on practice of marxist dialectical materialism,systematically analyzes the important composing factors in teaching quality assurance of moocs,that quality standards of moocs,teaching quality evaluation of moocs,teaching quality monitoring of moocs and teaching quality information feedback statistics and feedback,investigate and analyze the current situation of the teaching quality guarantee of moocs for universities that there are some lack of quality standard in the teaching quality assurance,the evaluation index of teaching quality is not scientific,the quality of teaching and learning quality evaluation is not perfect,lack of supervision,inadequate network teaching platform,lack of feedback on the quality of teaching materials and teaching quality materials of feedback is not timely.Finally,according to the survey results,aiming at the existing problems in the present situation of teaching quality assurance in university,the paper puts forward the teaching quality assurance mechanism in the construction program is to make quality standards of moocs,establishment the teaching quality evaluation system of moocs,perfect the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system of moocs,and establish the teaching quality information statistics and feedback mechanism of moocs,to ensure the construction quality of moocs in universities.This paper is mainly based on the insufficiency of the research on the teaching quality assurance of moocs,analysis and summary the problem of teaching quality of moocs in universities,on the basis of objective problems to put forward the corresponding countermeasure to study.
