Politics,economy and culture in China has maintained a good development trend,visible opening and reform policy,social work since the 1980 s,also in development,in order to meet the needs of the socialist market economy,the government,enterprises and social organizations to share the role of providing public services,and gradually strengthen the function of the community to strengthen community autonomy and explore a more perfect the community construction and development of the road,blend in social work in the construction of community,in the past several decades,although there is a great progress in community social work,but because of the large population base,the system of the community social work theory is not perfect enough and lack of social workers,community social work development in our country there are still difficulties and problems on the road,in this paper,Q community of H city,for example,to explore these dilemmas,and puts forward countermeasures,hope to have some help to the development of community work in the future.For exploring object,the author in H city Q community by the author in the Q community for a period of three months internship in contact with the community service project for the analysis of the main body,the Q community children's social work in community service projects,the elderly community services and community integrated services project analysis and exploration,with the accuracy of community service project into a breakthrough point,to explore the defects of community service projects,such as:community social work professional knowledge popularization and has not been widely used,when providing the service can't effective use of social work specialty knowledge,from the nature of the service are social workers provide services actively,rather than the residents take the initiative to seek services,to solve the problem,enhance the level of community service and community social work quality,perfect the community social work in community projects,the author puts forward relative advantage to implement positive countermeasures.The service center in Q community of H city is fully using the social work intervention in community development and the construction method,solve the construction of community service and community of the troubles and problems,and explore the community work how to better development,how to better implement community work projects,and in what ways improving quality of service in community work.During the internship,the writer is implementing in Q community of H city service projects to conduct a comprehensive understanding and involved.First of all,the author through the literature review analysis method for the domestic and foreign existing in several more perfect community work model for carding,analysis and summary,think the government to buy in China is currently implementing service mode,is the social work intervention in community service and the development of an effective way and worthy of promotion experience,will be conducive to the construction of community.Secondly,using the method of observation and in-depth interviews of the sociology of practice of the method to analyze the existing mode of community work,according to the theory of state and community relations and community development theory as the foundation,fully utilizing the methods of on-the-spot investigation and study analysis,Q of the community service center in H city project operation process analysis and exploration,explore the social work in the community which role in the development and the service and what kind of role,and the problems in the process of community service and trouble thinking,and on this basis,sparked the author to the problem of the social work intervention in community service projects,and analyze the problems in the community service project,find out the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures,and put forward the professional community precision mainly in the project,and the project can meet the demand of residents is given priority to,for the accuracy,extend the understanding.The author thinks that,Q community of H city to solve the problems in the community projects,must know what is the root of the problem,this article from the social work itself,the present situation of national environment and external auxiliary resource development is analyzed,and these problems put forward the strategies of the executable,mainly from the following aspects:one is to build a high quality professional social workers,the second is to know the survey residents needs,meet the demand of residents diversification,three is to establish a linkage mechanism of volunteers and social work,four is a project management professional community work,five is to strengthen the integration of community resources.
