The problem of the elder parents who lost single child people in recent years is public opinion in the pain point,the elderly are also vulnerable groups(mainly refers to the predicament of the elderly)in the special groups.They face is difficult to imagine the pain and life problems,and depression is the common mental health problems of this group of elderly people,depression of the elder parents who lost single child and other elderly groups of depression is still very different,these Mainly reflected in the causes of depression and environmental differences.Case work as the three most working methods in the most in-depth working methods,for the lonely elderly psychological comfort,depression relief has a significant effect.Through the study found that scholars on the depressed mood of the psychological treatment of more,but for the specific details of the details of the operation did not conduct a detailed study,did not provide a practical and reference intervention procedures.At the same time,there are few studies on case intervention,so that it can not respond well to the unique personal experience,family environment and personality of elderly patients with depression,and can not reflect the thought of humanism.Therefore,this study takes the theory of crisis intervention,social exchange theory and emotion dependence theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the method of literature,interview,observation and scale to select an old man of the champion bridge community in Donghu district of Nanchang Clients,to ease their depression as the main service objectives,the case involved.First of all,the author through the data collection,the elderly depression scale and social support scale of the case of the case and the problem was estimated,and analyze the causes of the problem,on this basis,targeted to introduce the direction and objectives,Mainly includes three aspects: to ease the victim's depression,change the victim's bad cognition,dig the owner of the potential.In the actual stage of intervention,the author through the case records the way to promote the whole process of participation,including the case of change and reflection,the service plan convergence,communication skills.Finally,the author evaluates the results of the case service.Although the case involved to achieve a certain effect,but there are some limitations,such as unsustainable,shorter service cycle and so on.The work of the case focused on solving the current problems of the case,in order to promote the well-being of the elderly,but also through other medium and macro work methods to respond to the plight of the owner.In the practice study,we also deeply understand the special groups in the disadvantaged groups as the disadvantaged groups.The current spiritual care,economic support and policy support are lacking.The author also puts forward some suggestions on this situation.
