Research On Social Work Intervention In Reconstruction Of Social Gender Awareness Of Lost Single Child And Divorced Women

It is helpful to understand the related social problems such as lonely death,petition of the one-child lost family,community governance and construction,and put forward some reference suggestions to solve the individual problems of the group who lost their independence and lose their only child,and so on.Due to the influence of the family planning policy,the divorced women who have lost their singletons have their own characteristics.On the one hand,they have to face not only the poverty of the general elderly women,;on the other hand,they also have to face the loss or separation of important people in life,the husband and children.Lost alone,as the name suggests,lost only one child,and lost marriage,that is,divorced.The gender consciousness of the divorced women has great influence on the establishment of their self-identity,the sense of social value and the meaning of life.Therefore,it is necessary to study the gender awareness of the lost single child and divorced women.The purpose of this study is to investigate the gender practice of clients and reshape her gender awareness.The focus of the research is to find the mechanism of the gender consciousness of the divorced women under the social background of the conflict between the traditional and modern social structure.And loosening the traditional role norms of the client to help the client rebuild the modernized social gender consciousness.Through many interviews and research activities,this study screened out a divorced woman in a community in X City as the research object.The results show that the social gender awareness of the service object has a traditional tendency.This kind of traditional gender consciousness has realistic influence on the life and work of service object.The researcher takes the social gender perspective asthe theoretical support of this social work intervention and make appropriate intervention on the basis of the actual situation of the service object,trying to loosen the social gender norms that have been solidified in the client and achieve the reconstruction of social gender consciousness of the service object.The social worker make use of the framework of gender perspective to clarify and reshape the gender awareness of the clients in the case intervention,so as to promote the clients' recognition of "female identity".After the comparison between the pre-test and the post-test,the social gender awareness of the service object has a clear trend of modernization,so the effect of the social work intervention is obvious.At last,summarize the significant meanings and influence of gender perspective for social work intervention,advocate the more application and promote the real situation of female from invisible condition to visible condition.Gender awareness is affected by family background,work types,social participation,education and other factors,so gender awareness will also change under the influence of these factors.Therefore,the involvement of social work is necessary and feasible.
