Life Career Questionnaire Compiled And Its Implications For High School Students Volunteer To Fill And Apply

With the reform of college entrance examination system in recent years,the new reform of the college entrance examination policies has also been fine-tuning of voluntary reporting,"the 2017 college entrance examination reform program" provides that the voluntary reporting must be completed before the exam,compared to the past that the voluntary reporting could be completed according to the score got in the college entrance examination,it takes more pressure to the senior high school students,especially the senior three students.There are many testing and evaluating gauges of voluntary reporting,but most of the them carry out the evaluation of interest,ability,personality dimensions,the investigation shows that the factors of high school students in the choice of voluntary consideration is complicated.Therefore,we hope that through the questionnaire survey compiled a contains the dimension structure of the questionnaire--life career questionnaire,and combined with the Hollander occupation aptitude test as the evaluation tool for high school students voluntary reporting guidance,guide students choose a professional volunteer.This article through the questionnaire survey method,carried out the research from three aspects: one is the preparation of life career questionnaire,two is the current situation of the development of College Students' life career;three is the cause of life questionnaire for case study in senior high school volunteer selection guide.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)the life career questionnaire consists of the following seven dimensions,namely,the personality fit,the love interest,the ability to be good,the career and the wealth,the relationship and the health,the road and the team,the mission and the significance.Through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire structure model is good,with good reliability and validity,in line with the standards of measurement,can be used as an effective assessment tool for high school students volunteer.(2)the overall level of the development of College Students' life is in the middle level.In the one-child,whether the class cadre,in terms of student,there were no significant differences in all dimensions and total score;in sex,only on the road with the team dimension,there are significant differences in grades and subjects;there are significant differences in all dimensions.(3)life career questionnaire and career aptitude test can be used as a tool for high school students to volunteer to fill in.
