Study On The Problem About Teachers' Career Development Of Civilian In The Personal School

Private technique education has become the backbone of China's higher education,non-governmental school founded to promote education diversification of flower development, promote the rapid development of higher education. Private schools have a rapid development in recent years, which has made considerable achievements in the aspect of school development and educational quality, but in the teacher occupation career planning, teachers and school management are an urgent problem to solve.
