Education is the foundation of a nation's development.Therefore,education has become a focus of attention from all walks of life,the new curriculum reform movement flourished in recent years,trying to change the traditional teaching mode of dominance,many scholars have put forward their views.This article try to the main teaching method applied in the high school biology classroom teaching,make the biology teaching form diversification,promote the development of biology teaching research,thus polyhedral cultivate students' comprehensive quality.This study first discusses the main teaching originates from the theory of constructivism,and thus in this paper,the thought origin and the basic view of constructivism,and on the basis of its branch of the main teaching concept,connotation,present situation and explore the edge.Main teaching on line,line is not only the main teaching intrinsic clue,and external form,establishment of teaching the main line should follow to build the base,key,the key and the level of life make a "layered points,melting point into a line,the saturated details,shun learning guide" teaching behavior.Lines can be from several aspects to carry on the design of teaching,teaching content,teaching main line design is different,the same teaching content can be designed more than teaching the main line,this article mainly from the "concept map","science","logic" as the main line,the thread,an example is given to show the biology class teaching design of teaching.Main teaching cases from teaching material analysis,teaching objectives,teaching process,design of blackboard writing,teaching reflection in five aspects to carry on the design: based on the concept of "map" the teaching of the main line to "genetic information carriers,the nucleic acid" as an example;The thread of teaching based on "science" to "reduce enzyme reaction activation energy" as an example;The thread of teaching based on the logical relationship in "the boundary of the membrane system" as an example.Through two fengming mountain middle schools in chongqing overall level of parallel class teaching of empirical research on the main line.By SPSS software on experimental classes and that in comparative classes of biological test results before and after test analysis,the quantitative evaluation of the students' learning situation: independent sample T test experimental classes and that in comparative classes of f test was not significant(P = 0.452 > 0.05),the significant differences between the two classes(P = 0.000 < 0.05),followed by biological performance measurement experimental class is much better than that in comparative classes.Paired sample T test express experimental classes of biological performance significantly better than a pretest after test(P = 0.000 < 0.05).From design index system based on 3 d object,in the form of "writing" to qualitative evaluation of students' learning.Experimental conclusion: the main teaching can help students improve biological study result,can help students memorize science content,to help students develop rational thinking.Finally,combined with the experience of teaching practice and the research puts forward Suggestions from the main application in the high school biology teaching,as a new teaching model of teaching,in the process of implementation,should be with the high school biology curriculum standard tightly dependent,teachers should constantly update teaching ideas,should adhere to the students as the center,to achieve the main teaching and the perfect combination of biology teaching.
