Physics scientific method education as an important content in the middle school physics teaching, the education teaching by more and more workers and the attention of a line of high school physics teachers, to carry out the scientific method education in physics classroom teaching, have contributed significantly to the cultivation of the students’ ability, especially the study of logic thinking method, can stimulate students’ creative thinking, to enhance the students’ ability of scientific inquiry and the accomplishment of lifelong learning has a positive meaning.This article mainly has six parts, the first part is the introduction part, through the knowledge network in China and other channels, to refer to relevant literature, mainly for the high school physics scientific method education of literature review, research is conducted to understand physics scientific method, research significance, the domestic research present situation and the research abroad, at home and abroad,physics scientific method education research are very popular, because it belongs to a class to learn to study method of the research, to develop the students’ innovation ability and life-long learning ability has a great role in promoting, but for the specific methods of logical thinking education without detailed studies independently, in this paper, combining with the logical thinking research combined with physics scientific method education to study, how to cultivate students’ logical thinking ability, which is the innovation part of this article. The second part is the theoretical basis of this study,including the theoretical basis for research of the scientific method education, mainly including the kinds of physics scientific method, logic method and signs analysis alone, the importance of effective implementation of physics scientific method education means, strategies, and the main classification of logic thinking method. And then analyzes the logic teaching theory analysis, mainly study the meaning of the common logic, the main structure of logical thinking, and cultivate logical thinking method, put forward the basis of combining the theory of two kinds of physics scientific method education in teaching organic combination of logical thinking method. The third part is the middle school students in physics scientific method to study the importance of investigation and analysis and logical thinking ability, in this part of the teaching practice research part, using the method of questionnaire survey,for now a line in the middle school physics teachers for physics scientific method education, as well as middle school students in physics scientific method in logicthinking method to the analysis and investigation of master degree study. The fourth part is belong to the logical thinking method in the high school physics scientific method education of strategy and mode of teaching content, mainly including the method of logical thinking education contains the factor analysis, the method of logical thinking education "methodology" of the elements and the logical thinking method "logic" elements of education. And based on the embedded element analysis and carry out the teaching mode, "manifestation" methodology elements, strengthen the related history of physics teaching, strengthen the "logic elements, pay attention to the teaching of physical concept, put forward" manifestation "elements and"consolidate "logical thinking and methodology of teaching mode. Fifth chapter mainly discusses the history of physics and physics concept teaching strategy in the actual classroom teaching practice of the practice to explore, and analogy method, for example, respectively, two teaching design case is designed. The sixth part of this research conclusion, the lack of this topic research and Suggestions, and the prospect of this topic research and prospect are expounded.
