Since the beginning of the new reform of Basic Education in 21 st century,English education has been brewing a variety of new teaching practice and reform.English classroom situational teachingin junior high school from the perspective of dialogueis a new viewto observe the English classroom,which stimulates more innovative things,and pursues a truly equal and harmonious classroom.This research is based on the dimensions of teachers' teaching and students' learning.Also,withthree problems to explore: which situation teachers create,what the reaction of the students is,and what the reaction of teacher for studentsis.In this study,the author used classroom observation method to observe the two junior high school English teachers' classroom,and also usedmore user-friendly languages to understand language teaching in English classroom teaching situation.Also,in order to put emphasis on the influence of teachers' teaching on students,the author use semi-structured interview method to interview the two teachers and sixteen students which are from the class of two teachers.This study found that from the perspective of dialogue,theclassroom situation teaching between two teachers is two different situation teachings.In this study,the author observes that the teacher Ais not clearfor the concept of the dialogically situation.She cannotequally treat students in the most of teaching activities.The teaching content is fixed in the traditional design framework of teachers,so students' learning materials areonly repeated.The study enthusiasm of students is not motivated,and the level of understanding for knowledge is not satisfactory.The teacher B can consciously consider the characteristics and development status of the students in the classroom,and flexibly create some situations that are easy for students to accept.She builds a harmonious and friendly atmosphere in the classroom,and let the students participate in the classroom at the same time.It is also more conducive for the students to accept,master and apply theory to practice.In addition,junior high school English teachers' understanding of the dialogue is not deep enough.They need a further understanding of the curriculum requirements.
