With the development of science and technology,society puts forward higher requirements on preschool education major.A stable high-quality preschool teachers troop is the basis of high preschool education quality,and the driving force for the development of preschool education.A reasonable curriculum can build a foundation for the good development of the students who major in preschool education,and then make due contribution to the improvement of the preschool education teachers quality in China.The secondary vocational school is an important base for training preschool education specialists,and the scientific and reasonable curriculum setting influences the specification and quality of the talents.The curriculum setting of preschool education major in secondary vocational schools is a strong guarantee for the quality of preschool education teachers.The reform of the curriculum setting of preschool education major in secondary vocational schools can meet the social demands for the preschool education talents.The study investigates the curriculum setting of preschool education major between entrance class and employment class in B woman's vocational school by questionnaire survey and interview.Based on analysis of the collected data,there are some disadvantages in the curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content and curriculum satisfaction,for instance,first,lack of prospective objective: The curriculum objectives can`t build a solid foundation for the long-term development of the students,and can`t meet the diversified needs of the students;Second,imperfect course structure: Firstly,the distribution of the periods in the curriculum setting is unreasonable.Entrance class emphasizes particularly on cultural theory,while employment class emphasizes particularly on professional skills,both of which lack of educational practice.Secondly,the study sequence is unreasonable.The problems of entrance class mainly focus on public basic courses,while the problems of employment class mainly focus on professional skill courses;Third,the in-comprehensive course content: both of entrance class and employment class lack of some courses in preschool education policies and regulations,teachers moral education,organization and guidance of preschool children`s games,and education knowledge and skills.Meanwhile the range of public basic courses in entrance class is comparatively narrow,and the content of education practice in employment class is not comprehensive.Furthermore,the reasons of these problems are analyzed,that is,serious shortage of teaching staff,low teaching level,affected by teacher education curriculum setting,lack of scientific reasoning,the curriculum setting lag student development,were got and analyzed.Finally,adjustment countermeasures are proposed,that is,to renew the idea and set the comprehensive curriculum objectives to meet the social needs;to complete the curriculum structure and optimize the curriculum system;to rich the course content and broaden the view of professional.
