In March 2014,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "national new town planning(2014-2020)" which marks urbanization development of our country has entered the crucial period.The upgrading of economic transformation and the continuous progress of the modernization construction has brought new opportunities and challenges for urbanization.The new urbanization needs to match and coordinate with a new culture.What's more,it requires the reestablishment of new ecological culture which bases on the Chinese traditional culture.Rural schools,as the direct carrier of culture,should respond to the demand of culture value with a new and positive attitude.However,in practice,rural schools have lost their values and culture severely.The absence of unique cultural values hinders the inheritance and innovation of rural culture.It even causes value deficiency and dysfunction in rural schools under the condition of the vast culture demands for new urbanization.This thesis analyzes and presents the existing research results in literature method.It strives to grasp the inadequacy and tendency of the present.Besides,this dissertation analyzes the similarity and difference,discarding the dross and selecting the essential,and attempts to combine the pedagogy with the culture,sociology,and the anthropology.The leading method in this paper is the research on "metaphysical" studies.The dissertation mainly includes three parts: the first part describes the superficial characteristics of rural schools which lacking of cultural values under the influence of traditional urbanization.The second part demonstrates the value of the pursuit of rural schools should be under the background of new urbanization.The third part mainly discusses the path of reconstruction of rural schools about the value.In this dissertation,the value in rural schools is under the background of social transformation,confirming the important era significance of rural schools with academic view.From the modern industrial civilization to the post-modern ecological civilization,the rural schools not only follow the pace with the times,but should lead the culture renewal and reconstruction with a positive attitude,leading the transformation and progress in the era of reconstruction.The value of the construction of the new urbanization has the cultural orientation and has important educational value.It also has practical and methodological significance for the future of rural reform and education reform.More importantly,people value can be fully affirmed in the construction of rural school value.Its significance lies not only in promoting urbanization and the development of modernization,it is even a modern construction with themeaning of the "people-oriented".No matter the education,or political or economic,the final subjects of value are people and only people themselves.It is the purport of values in rural schools and also the foundation of this dissertation.
