On The Urbanization And Modernization Of Suburb Village In Developed Area In The Frame Of Urban-rural Interaction

At the beginning of the 21st century, CCP in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan puts forward carrying out integrated development strategy of urban-rural and building socialism new countryside in a special historic background, the most important aspect is serious "three dimensional rural issues" which we must solve. However, China effectuated the system and policy of the urban-rural separation for a long time, which formed the urban-rural dual structure. It is the major reason about deepening "three dimensional rural issues". We should get away from the thinking mode "considering countryside as it stands", use the idea of urban-rural integration. We carry out the new policy that industry supplements agriculture and city leads countryside. The aims are building socialism new countryside, realizing urban-rural interaction and urban-rural integration.In the process of urbanization, a lot of villages have been gradually annexed to cities, but the administrative system of their communities and administrative ways of people have not been totally adapted into the urban system. As a result, there emergeparticular transitional communities--suburb villages, which are neither suburb ofcities or villages in traditional sense. Suburb villages are not a passing phenomenon in the process of China's economic and social development but a long-term community type with the economic and social development.This thesis studies a village--Lengshuigou which is beside Jinan. According tourbanization and modernization, this village can be regarded at a high level of development. This thesis tries to describe the actuality of that village, to realize developmental track of Chinese villages, and to see the great achievement and potential troubles through the Chinese villages' reformation and practice with "big background, small epitome". It can abundant the path choices about urbanization and modernization in the villages of developed area, and the villages in other places, meanwhile providing some reliable basses when the country draw up the related policy for the rural modernization.This thesis tries to combine theoretical analysis with individual cases to look at the actual conditions of urbanization and modernization in Lengshuigou. This thesis will discuss from two respects: power mechanism and restriction mechanism in the urban-rural interaction theory. Power mechanism has internal pushing energy,external pulling energy. I will combine the situation of Lengshuigou to elaborate concretely, and get to the transition about economy,society and civilization in theurban-rural integration theory. The restriction mechanism has four sections: cultural element, policy element, system element and enterprise element. I will explain the problems with restriction mechanism. And then, I will point out the developmental goal of Lengshuigou and the countermeasure to realize urbanization and modernization. At last, I get the conclusion that Lengshuigou is the transition of urban-rural integration, and I think some deep questions in the transition.Urbanization of village is a necessary path of national economy from tradition to modern. It conforms Marxist base point of the social development, conforms the law of urbanization, and conforms our national conditions. At the beginning of entering the new century, discussing and researching the problem of our national urbanization of countryside have certain practical significance to guide the current work.
