A Study On The Management System Of Academic Integrity Of Postgraduates

As a potential and new force of the academic circles in our country,postgraduates get a major academic research mission.Nowadays,China is in the rising stage of development,the construction of socialist modernization in politics,economy,culture and the rapid development of science and technology,it also brings great impact to the academic circles.As the attractive impelling by benefit and fame,some graduate students choose to deviate from the interests of integrity.As an important part of academic circles,the phenomenon of academic dishonesty of Postgraduates have become more and more serious.In view of this phenomenon,the authortry to design a set of more specific management system.This paper on basis of the previous research on relevant literature,draw lessons from foreign relevant countermeasures,using the research methods of interview and field investigation,try to construct postgraduate academic integrity management system,The system has a complete theoretical system,the concrete system design,reliable operation of protection,including the following three parts:The first part,basing on the summary of previous relevant research and analysis,the authordetailed introduction of the definition and connotation of ‘the Academic Integrity Management System of Postgraduates’,and access to the collection of typical related cases and personally conduct field surveys and interviews,collected a handy academic dishonesty phenomenon to be aggregated,obtained the relevant behavior of postgraduate academic dishonesty.The second part,first introduced the relevant laws,the regulations and some foreign successful cases,put forward the theoretical basis and experience for the construction of the system,and then construct the following concrete system: commitment system,file system,evaluation system and incentive system.The third part is the implementation of the management system to make the safeguard measures,including school related mechanism,operation system and implementation of the management of the funds required,summarize school teachers and students actively participate in management and achievements.The related safeguards can make the system operate and feedback.
