Since the promulgation of the "master plan" policy in 2004,we have experienced three stages of adjustment,and finally adjusted to the current "3+1" training mode.In response to the national policy,Henan province has trained and conveyed a large number of outstanding talents for the rural primary and middle school education team in Henan Province,to a certain extent,alleviated the current situation of backward education in rural areas of Henan Province,and provided a new force for the construction of primary and secondary school teachers in the rural areas of Henan province.How to effectively implement and improve the implementation status of "master plan" training process plays a key role in the development of Henan's "master plan" in the future.By using the method of literature research and questionnaire survey,the research has been made to contact the colleges and universities of Henan Province,which has the qualification of "master master plan" of physical education major.It investigates and studies the three aspects of the training mode,the teaching and assessment of the curriculum,the evaluation of the graduation thesis and the evaluation of the graduation thesis in the training process of "master teacher plan" in the major of physical education..The conclusion is drawn from the analysis of the current situation,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the implementation of the training process.(1)In the process of postgraduate training,both Henan Normal University and Zhengzhou University adopt double tutor system in the training course of "master master plan" in Henan sports education major,and the dual tutor system is not adopted in Xinyang Normal University.(2)The course setting of the "master and teacher plan" training school in Henan province is lack of targeted courses,and it does not highlight the training characteristics of "master teacher plan".(3)In the course of training,the training school of "master and teacher plan" of Henan sports education major is the only school during the summer vacation to organize the training of graduate students in the summer vacation period,while other schools do not concentrate on teaching during the summer and summer holidays.(4)The training of graduate students in Henan sports education major is lack of network education supervision platform,and the quality of the graduate students can not be guaranteed during the course of teaching.(5)The students' own theory of "master and master plan" of physical education major is weak.Some of the students' thesis topic selection is not starting from practice education,the writing time of the paper is tense,the literature source is limited,and the instructors lack the guidance of the tutors.
