China has been a populous country since ancient times.According to the sixth national census statistics,China's rural areas about 99 million elderly population,of which the old age of 12 million,accounting for about 57.14% of the total population of the elderly.This also means that China has more than half of the elderly are living in rural areas,their pension problems should first be taken seriously.In the rural areas,the family pension function gradually weakened,the regional economic level and other factors,the development of institutional pension is far less rapid urban areas,professional,especially in rural areas to meet the elderly in the spiritual needs of outstanding lack of scientific and effective protection.This study mainly uses the Kessler10 simple mental status assessment scale to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the mental health of the 19 elderly people in W old age apartment by means of interview method and case analysis method,combined with their own social work professional knowledge and theory,Get the grade distribution and the existing anxiety and depression mental health problems.And then through the rational analysis of the main causes of mental health problems,including the individual level of demographic factors,physiological factors,self-cognitive factors;environmental level,including children,apartments(apartments for the elderly,apartments),the three major social factors The At the same time combined with social support theory and cognitive theory,under the guidance of social work case work under the two mental health status of the poor involved: to reduce anxiety and depression,to overcome self-esteem and suspicious psychology,to eliminate social resistance,Self-cognition.Followed by the evaluation of the scale,the evaluation of the apartment staff,and the evaluation of the social workers.And finally to raise the level of mental health for the elderly to propose to build a family of children as the core,to live with peers based on the pension agencies as the basis,to the government-led elderly comprehensive social support system,while encouraging the elderly through the awareness of the elderly And the ability to promote self-mental health.
