This study mainly through the completion of the following three aspects of the work to understand the current rural college students mental health status,analysis of the reasons leading to adverse psychological status and accordingly put forward a targeted and scientific conclusions.First of all,based on the analysis and study of a large number of literatures,the mental health status of more than 700 college students in three colleges and universities was quantitatively analyzed by using domestic questionnaires with high reliability and reliability.The results showed that the scores of forced factors in rural college students were significantly higher than those of urban college students.There was a significant difference between the three factors of somatization,compulsion,depression and anxiety in rural college students.Secondly,through the analysis of data and data,we find out the reasons that affect the mental health of rural college students.The study found that the mental health status of rural college students was positively correlated with general self-efficacy,and the higher the score of self-efficacy was,the higher the mental health level was.Compared with the urban college students,there was no significant difference in the level of self-efficacy among rural college students.Freshman students have the highest level of self-efficacy,while sophomore and junior is the low trough of their self-efficacy.Finally,according to the comprehensive analysis of the reasons that affect the mental health of rural college students,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the family mental health education atmosphere,improve the level of mental health education of rural college students and improve their psychological adjustment ability to improve the mental health status of rural college students.
